1. I am in the United States now as a tourist. Is it possible to stay longer than 90 days?
No. If you enter the United States als a tourist under the visa waiver program it is not allowed to overstay the 90 days.


2. Am I allowed to work under the visa waiver program?
No, you are not allowed to work under this program.


3. I entered the United States as a tourist. Now I would like to change my visa so I can stay longer than 3 months. Is this possible?
No. If you enter the United States under the visa waiver program you do not have a visa. Therefore you can not apply for a change or extension of visa status.


4. I always wanted to live and work in the United States. What do I need to do to make this happen?
VisaVersa assists individuals with the visa application process for the United States if there is a job offer from an American employer or based on family ties. It is not possible to work and live in the United States without applying for a visa first. A visa application is only accepted when there is a job offer or a family relationship with an United States citizen or permanent legal resident.


5. I am looking for a job in the United States. Can you help me?
VisaVersa does not arrange employment in the United States. If you have a job offer from an American employer, VisaVersa can assist you with the visa process. For students in the agricultural sector VisaVersa may be able to arrange a full-time training placement in the United States.


6. I would like to start my own business in the United States. Can VisaVersa assist me?
Yes, companies that would like to start a subsidiary in the United States can also consult with VisaVersa.
