The Working Holiday Program (WHP) and the Working Holiday Scheme (WHS) are exchange programs aimed at citizens of Canada (WHP) and Australia / New Zealand (WHS). The maximum age to participate in the program is 30 years. Visitors under these programs can travel to the Netherlands without entry visa (MVV) and have up to 6 weeks to find a job.
The Young Workers Exchange Program (YWEP) is an exchange program for Canadian citizens between 18 and 30 that are still enrolled as a student, or have graduated less than 12 months before the start of their stay in the Netherlands. The employer must apply for a work permit for the Canadian intern. The program requirements for the Young Workers Exchange Program are similar to those placed on interns.
